400 g fresh porcini mushrooms
extra virgin olive oil
garlic
250 g Cencioni
parsley
salt

Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes

 

METHOD


Wash, dry and slice the porcini mushrooms. Brown the crushed garlic in the oil in a pan. Add the porci-ni mushrooms, salt, cover and cook οn a low heat for about 15 minutes. Once cooked, add the chopped parsley. Meanwhile, cook pasta in lots of salted boiling water, strain al dente and serve hot with the porcini sauce.
