Fruit and vegetables in vinegar are prepared fruit and vegetables, obtained from fresh raw material or treated beforehand, and whose conservation is assured by adding a covering liquid made from vinegar, table salt, spices, aromates, sugar, oil, or other natural and edible substances, destined to improve the organoleptic qualities of the product. The covering liquid is transparent and has no sediment. The European code of good practices specifically concerning vegetables in condiments, as well as the existing French decrees, are in constant application. 

 

Ingredients: Gherkins, water, vinegar (14.1%), onions, salt, tarragon, coriander, MUSTARD seeds, flavour. OGM free product. After opening: keep to chill during about 2 months.
