Gnocchi are a typical basic preparation of Italian cuisine. Giuliano Tartufi truffle gnocchi come from the combination of white potatoes and summer truffle. Their texture, smell and flavour are unique and will perfectly pair even just with a little bit of butter and Parmesan cheese. Simple ingredients, but awesome result. Super easy to cook, they are perfect even for beginners at cooking.
To prepare a first course, we suggest to cook them in boiling water for 5 minutes or until they come to surface, drain and put them in a pan with our parmesan and bianchetto truffle cream, or with a few knobs of butter and some parmesan. The final touch: our summer truffle slices will be the icing on the cake.
