La Prudencia Bellota Iberian Chorizo is made based on the ancestral recipe of our grandparents, evocative of village flavours. Mixture of chopped meats from quality parts of the bellota Ibérico pig, seasoned, stuffed and cured in our natural dryers and storehouses, for approximately 3 months. When cut, it is notable for its intense red colour, with infiltrations of bright fat typical of pigs raised free on the Extremadura pasture. Its flavour is intense and juicy with a balanced touch of paprika.
Recommendations for use: It should be kept in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light. It is recommended the piece be allowed to air and it is best enjoyed at room temperature (19º-22ºC).
