The traditional Spanish Chistorra Navarra Olmeda Orígenes is made in an artisan manner from the finest pork meats which are minced, kneaded and properly seasoned with paprika, salt and aromatic herbs. Produced in the village of Arbizu surrounded by forests, peaks and rivers, with ancestral traditions in the elaboration of sausages, this fresh chorizo is part of our origins and our great gastronomic heritage. Once formed into sausages, it is aired for 3 days in our drying cellars achieving in this way the perfect integration of the product. It has a long and narrow form, a flat, smooth and compact shape, a tender texture that melts in your mouth, and on the nose aromas of country herbs stand out. Our mouth-watering fresh spicy chorizo reaches your table in its natural state with a bright red color, ready to be enjoyed fried, roasted, oven-baked, grilled, barbecued, stewed.
